我們的教師培訓課程教育教師如何正確使用雙語教學並且了解海外文化，確保保持良好上課品質並有實用性。孩子所能接受的教育品質仍與其成長背景和環境息息相關，也影響他未來的人生選擇。面臨低薪未解的應屆畢業生如何提升自我價值與競爭力為自己開創加薪及升遷的良機。文憑貶值時代個人表現更要加值！
為原住民和偏鄉兒童和台灣學生重建一個種族和教育平等的實驗教育機構。讓所有孩子都有機會接受國際教育並出國留學。另一方面，台灣學生在台灣享有便宜的國際課程來與海外知名大學銜接。不再需要承受海外高額的生活費和學費。另外，Apex提供獎學金和免費英語課程提供給任何弱勢家庭和原住民。期許幫助孩子們度過艱辛童年，遠離飢餓，安心上學，讓孩子們也能有公平受教育和學習的機會，不因弱勢標籤而放棄學習及夢想。
Many of these low-income-family students in the rural area we have served are aboriginals. Today, we are proud to say that our love and care have spread throughout Taiwan, especially in the different aboriginal tribes that were forgotten or ignored. With more than 10 after school programs and over 1800 students served, APEX envisions and strives to ensure fairness, quality and affordability in the education system to all students in Taiwan!
In the past, higher education in United States was affordable to the elites. Our partnership with College of Canyons is a critical step to bring precious and quality American education resources, using online format to drastically reduce the cost of American Higher Education. In the meantime, we provide scholarships, English enrichment and college courses to underprivileged and underserved without any cost, allowing them to access to tools to make real changes for their families and future. We hope in the near future, we can further this project by bringing true awareness and support from our government and society while keeping talents in Taiwan.
